Part Time Veteran Service Officer Position Open

The Board of Sheridan County Commissioners will be accepting applications for a Part Time Veteran Service Officer position to serve the public of Sheridan County.  The position is part-time with approximately 5-8 hrs. per week and will work from home. Pay is dependent on experience. Duties center on assisting veterans in matters pertaining to Veteran’s benefits, coordinating transportation for medical appointments, serve as a liaison between Veterans and the Veterans Administration in accordance to NDCC 37-14-18.  Must have a valid driver’s license. Veteran’s preference given, but not necessary. Training will be available with the ND Veteran’s Affairs Office.
